Overwatch Season 5 mid-season patch download
- Launch the Battle.net app
- Sign in to your account
- Press the Overwatch icon
- Click on the green text text next to the “Play” button
- Pre-download the Overwatch Season 5 mid-season patch
To pre-download the Overwatch Season 5 mid-season update, launch the Battle.net app and sign in to your account. Next, click on the Overwatch icon followed by the green text located just below the “Play” button. This text should soon change to “Pre-release content downloaded.”
How to pre-load the Overwatch Season 5 mid-season patch faster
- Launch Battle.net
- Sign in to your account
- Click on the Battle.net logo near the top-left corner
- Select the “Settings” option
- Click on the “Downloads” option
- Go to the “Game Updates” section
- Set your preferences under “Automatic Updates”
- Click on the “Done” button
As noted, you can also set up automatic updates for future Overwatch patches. To begin, launch the Battle.net, sign in to your account, and click on the Battle.net logo near the top-left corner. Next, select the “Settings” option before clicking on the “Downloads” option. Then, scroll down to the “Game Updates” section and set your preference to “Apply latest updates and download pre-release content for recently played games.” Finally, press the “Done” button.
