WoW Forever character name error
While trying to reserve a name for a character, you may experience some issues. If the “Play” button is greyed out, for example, then make sure that you’re logged in to the correct region on Battle.net.
You may come across the “This ruleset is temporarily unavailable” error as well. In this case, it’s currently being looked into by Blizzard Entertainment’s support team.
In terms of other ruleset issues, if the “RP-PvP” ruleset isn’t shown when you log in, then select a different ruleset and click on “Ruleset” in the top bar.
Additionally, those selecting the PvP ruleset should note that if one faction is more dominant than the other, then WoW Forever character creation becomes temporarily unavailable for the dominant faction.
“This is not a bug,” according to Blizzard Entertainment.
