Fortnite OG Chapter 1 Season 8 brings back pirate shenanigans to the Island. Expect to go on treasure hunts, fire cannons, and revisit classic locations such as Lazy Lagoon and Sunny Steps in what would be another nostalgic Fortnite season.
Season 8 was the first pirate-themed Fortnite Season that introduced one of the most visually stunning POIs in the game to date – The Volcano. It was also, surprisingly, the first season to offer a free battle pass, as a sign of goodwill from Epic Games during a turbulent time for the game. It’s likely not going to happen again, especially since the company just raised V-Bucks prices.
