Discord may be working on a new Game Mode feature. The feature claims to potentially reduce the app’s impact on CPU and GPU, espcially while gaming.
Discord Previews, known for tracking upcoming Discord changes and experimental features, spotted the feature. According to them, Game Mode could “automatically reduce animations and disable effects” when activated. This may help lower Discord’s CPU and GPU usage, coming in handy during gaming.
