Frosthaven is one of the best board games on the market. It served as a follow up to the immensely popular Gloomhaven board game, and is one of the most imposing dungeon-delving board games you can buy. It’s also really quite expensive.
It’s not often that we see any sort of discount on this game, but Amazon currently has a Lightning Deal running that drops it down to its lowest price ever. Frosthaven comes as an enormous box full of stuff. There’s an incredibly thick rulebook, decks of cards, trays, dividers, a map, and miniatures. All-in-all, there are a few hundred hours worth of gameplay that comes packaged in a rather large box. And if you already own Gloomhaven characters and items, you can use them in this game as well. It’s a massive campaign game that can be pretty daunting for casual players.
