Sentinels has joined forces with cloud infrastructure provider Theta Network to launch an AI-powered fan service agent.

Available later this month, the agent will be integrated across the North American esports organisation’s website, Discord server, and community channels.

Described as a 24/7 customer service tool, fans will be able to ask the service agent a wide range of questions, such as when the Sentinels is competing in upcoming matches and how to join the Sentinels Society.

“At Sentinels, we’re always looking for ways to better serve our fans and make their experience more seamless,” said Rob Moore, CEO of Sentinels. “Fans will be able to come to our platforms and get instant answers to any questions they have.”

In addition to answering queries, the agent will also provide real-time information on tournament schedules, merchandise drops, and the statistics of the organisation’s players competing in high-profile events.

According to the press release, the launch of the AI agent aims to improve customer service and provide information rather than replacing the humans responsible for the organisation’s operation. Its content creators and community team will remain an integral part of the fan engagement initiatives.

Theta Network becomes the fifth partner of Sentinels in 2026 as it joins the existing line-up of energy drink brand Red Bull, ZOWIE, Starforge Systems, and peripherals brand Razer.

“Sentinels has built an incredible community around their teams and content creators,” added Mitch Liu, CEO of Theta Labs. “We’re just helping them make it easier for fans to find what they’re looking for, whether that’s match schedules, player info, or how to get more involved.

Theta Network and Esports

Over the past 12 months, Theta Network has continued expanding its presence across the esports industry through partnerships with several notable organisations.

In addition to Sentinels, the provider has partnered with the likes of NRG, Cloud9, and 100 Thieves in similar deals focused on integrating AI agents into their respective portfolios.
