TFT Patch 13.19 PBE notes: Buffs, nerfs, and more

Riot Games is preparing for the first Teamfight Tactics update after the Mid-Set update through Patch 13.19, featuring a large number of small nerfs and buffs. 

Major changes were applied to TFT Set 9.5 for the Mid-Set update through Patch 13.18. Many of those changes remained in effect during PBE testing for Patch 13.19, along with minor nerfs that targeted traits, champions, and Augments. Most of the changes taking place through TFT Set 9.5 Patch 13.19 are buffs, though, according to game designers Kent “Riot Kent” Wu and Stephen “Mortdog” Mortimer through the Patch 13.19 Rundown video.
