VSFighting XI Hosts Massive Fighting Game Events Across Multiple Titles

VSFighting is back for another tournament in 2023. The British fighting game series is back for another tournament, taking place over August 18-20th. It’s featuring major events for tons of the best fighting games, with some as part of larger circuits. These are each of the tournaments and players to watch for at the VSFighting XI tournament.

VSFighting XI 2023

VSFighting XI is an annual fighting game tournament that’s making a return for 2023. It’s hosting a number of major games. There are events for new games like Street Fighter 6, but also some big tournaments for classics. This is an event which is a big part of wider circuits for the UK. It’s a chance for a lot of players to qualify for bigger tournaments like the Arc World Tour or FighterZ World Championship. It’s all taking place over August 8-20 in Birmingham.

Street Fighter 6 AT VSFighting XI

Street Fighter 6 is one of the biggest fighting games of the year. It’s had major events dominate tournaments like EVO 2023. At VSFighting XI, it’s going to be one of the most important events. There will be a prize pool of £4,940 at the tournament and some big players are attending. This event will see players like Mister Crimson, Valmaster, EndingWalker, and Kanye all coming to the tournament.

Tekken 7 at VSFighting XI

Tekken 7 is a huge event at VSFighting XI. This is going to be a Master tier event for the Tekken World Tour 2023, the major circuit for the game. The winners of this event go quite far in the wider tournament, it’s the major event for 2023 in the UK for Tekken. Players at the event include JeonDDing, Anakin, JoKa, and kkokkoma.

King of Fighters XV

New KoF games are some of the most anticipated upcoming fighting games, but there’s still plenty going on for XV including a great event at VSFighting XI. This event makes up a part of the SWC 2023 circuit. Players like bubblan, KuriNyanko, and InfernoKong are all attending.

Guilty Gear Strive

Guilty Gear Strive is one of the biggest anime fighting games showing up for VSFighting XI. The event has a prize pool for just under £2,000. This is another event which forms part of a wider circuit, being a key qualifier for the Arc World Tour.

Dragon Ball FighterZ

FighterZ will be the last of the biggest tournaments at VSFighting XI. It’s a power event for the FighterZ World Tour so there’s plenty of stakes for this tournament. Only 51 players are registered though, so it’ll be a tight competition between the very best players.

Side Events at VSFighitng XI 2023

Those are all of the big tournaments at the event, but there are also plenty of side tournaments. These are smaller events but still worth tuning in if you want to see competitive events for some of the best fighting games of all time. These are the side events here.
