Riot’s mobile game League of Legends: Wild Rift allows players to get the core LoL MOBA experience on a handheld device. While this is fun to play, the game is still extremely competitive and if you are wondering if Wild Rift can be played on a PC, the answer is yes. However, the controls will be very different to what is seen on League PC.
How to play Wild Rift on PC?
To play the game on a PC, you need an emulator like Gameloop. Riot doesn’t officially support an emulator for Wild Rift but there are no restrictions on playing the game on one.
Head over to the official Gameloop website first. Click on Download on the top right to begin downloading the setup.
Once it finishes downloading, run the setup to instal Gameloop on your PC.
Then, boot up Gameloop and download the additional in-app content. After it finishes, you will be able to enter the emulator.
Search for Wild Rift on the search bar at the top and click the game from the list of options that appear.
Download the game in Gameloop.
Once it finishes downloading, you will be able to open it and play the game with a keyboard and mouse. Being a PC port of a mobile game, the Wild Rift controls have been adapted accordingly. While there are several control options, the basic one uses the WASD keys to control the character and the mouse to cast abilities.
Additionally, you will be able to completely customize the controls to your liking. Simply click on F1 to open the emulator keys mapping. Here, you will be able to customize the control binds and experiment with different setups.
Obviously, the different control scheme will take some getting used to so make sure to play a few practice matches before hopping into a PvP game.
What are the minimum requirements?
The minimum requirements for playing Wild Rift on PC are as follows:
OS: Windows 8.1 64-bit or Windows 10 64-bit
GPU: GTX 1050
CPU: i3-8300
Memory: 8GB RAM

The recommended requirements, on the other hand, are as follows:
OS: Windows 8.1 64-bit or Windows 10 64-bit
GPU: GTX 1050
CPU: i3-9320

The original League of Legends’ requirements are really low as well. So, if you are looking to get the complete MOBA experience, it’s better to play that on your PC.
