Stardew Valley is coming to Apple Arcade on July 21.
Apple announced yesterday that the popular farming sim game by ConcernedApe will come to its subscription gaming service under the name Stardew Valley+, packed with 50 hours of content to explore and mobile-specific features such as auto-save. It will also include the latest updates from the game’s console and PC versions.
You can already download Stardew Valley on your iPhone or iPad from the App Store for $5. However, if you’re subscribed to Apple Arcade, you can download it to your device free of charge.
Stardew Valley is among four games being added to Apple Arcade in the upcoming month, including Slay the Spire (July 7), Ridiculous Fishing EX (July 14), LEGO Duplo World (July 7), and Hello Kitty Island Adventure (July 28).
Slay the Spire is a popular indie title that fuses rogue-lite gameplay with deck-building and dungeon crawling as players climb up the Spire to the challenging final boss. Ridiculous Fishing EX is a 3D remastered version of the original game in which you have to catch as many fish as possible, sling them up in the air, and shoot them with your shotgun. The remaster comes with a competitive mode and a Game Plus mode.
Hello Kitty Island Adventure is Sanrio’s take on Animal Crossing: New Horizons where you can play as Hello Kitty, Kuromi, My Melody, and other characters as you solve ancient puzzles, decorate your cabins, and create your island paradise. LEGO Duplo World combines the bricks and characters from the two rival companies and allows younger players to build a world using their imagination.
The launch of the new titles on Apple Arcade comes a month after 20 games were added to the service, including the platform-exclusive TMNT Splintered Fate, whose gameplay is inspired by Hades.
