Brawlhalla is one of the fighting games with the most active development, still going strong since release in 2014. One of the most exciting parts of Brawlhalla patch notes is when a brand-new legend is added to the game, and we’re getting a new one pretty soon in Red Raptor.
Compared to most of the other top fighting games, Brawlhalla receives new characters a lot more frequently. That doesn’t make it any less exciting when they finally hit the game though. The next one is going to be Red Raptor. They were first unveiled during the DreamHack Dallas Brawlhalla event, we’ve seen a lot more of them in a recent development stream though.

Red Raptor is Brawlhalla’s Latest Legend
Red Raptor has gotten a full unveiling in a recent Brawlhalla dev stream. These are smaller updates from the devs that explain the new content coming in the next round of patch notes. The most recent made for interesting viewing, as we got to see more of the next Legend coming to the game after Thea the speedster.

Red Raptor is going to be a brand-new Legend. The character’s release date isn’t known at the moment. However, devs did specify it was coming with the very next update! While there isn’t a firm date for that, there are a few clues. The current event to celebrate Brawlhalla crossing 100 million players is due to end pretty soon. There’s a good chance we see an update then. The new Legend is going to be using Battle Boots and Orbs as weapons, adding a bit more variety to the cast. Although, with its sizeable current roster it’s getting harder to find unique angles for each of the new Brawlhalla Legends.
Fans won’t have long to wait to get their hands on Red Raptor and see how the weapon combination plays! While we don’t have an exact release date, it’s likely to come pretty soon given we’re getting close to the time we’d expect a patch.
