For those who have been excitedly waiting to get their hands on it, the PlayStation VR 2 is now live on Amazon. For $549.99, you’ll be getting the headset (with a 4K HDR screen, a 110-degree field of view, and many more features), alongside two Sense controllers with adaptive triggers and haptic feedback.
Our review of the PSVR 2 awarded it with an incredible 9/10, calling it a “quantum leap over the original PSVR in terms of ease of use, visual quality, and immersion,” and that, “any PlayStation owner who loves VR should upgrade as soon as possible.” Below, you can find the link to Amazon’s website for it.

PSVR 2 Horizon Call of the Mountain Bundle
You can also pick up the PSVR2 Horizon Call of the Mountain bundle at Amazon, Best Buy, and GameStop. This includes the game, which our review called a “fun first blockbuster entry into the PS VR 2 library,” alongside the headset and Sense controllers.
It’s not just our glowing review that had a lot to say about the PSVR 2’s improvements, as we’ve also made the argument that it’s better than the Quest 2 in terms of comfort, display, and immersion. In a piece about the PSVR 2’s improvements over the Quest 2, Akeem Lawanson explains that “some of the games you might’ve already played on Quest 2 are further enhanced thanks to PSVR 2’s OLED display and PS5’s hardware.” So, if you’re someone with a love of VR and want to upgrade your current tech, this is the time to do so.
There are also some great games that are worth picking up to play on it right now, with more set to release later this year. In particular, if you adore the world of Horizon’s games, then make sure to pick up Horizon: Call of the Mountain to explore its vibrant world full of massive machines. You can also get Resident Evil Village to play on it if you want a great horror game to immerse yourself in.
