VCT EMEA will continue to collaborate with Red Bull to support the league

As a VCT EMEA partner, Red Bull will continue to sponsor segments highlighting moments from official games, also known as the Red Bull Clutch. The logo of the brand will also appear during the tournament broadcasts.

With VALORANT’s EMEA circuit kicking off this season, its initial interest would be crucial to understand what is the potential behind the game. Needless to say that the EMEA region has been steadily growing in both, with more than 130.000 average viewers and recording a peak viewership of 288.816 in the opening week, during the match between KarmineCorp and BBL.

The fact that Red Bull is the second partner of the league, after Hyper X, to renew its deal, proves that these brands are trusting VALORANT’s potential in esports. Gaming peripherals manufacturer HyperX extended its deal in March, as they will be supplying keyboards, mice, and mousepads for all VALORANT Champions Tour events throughout the year 2023.

The energy drink brand will also contribute to the collegiate scene

Red Bull is known to be one of the most active brands within the esports space. Aside from supporting the VCT EMEA, the energy drink brand will also help the collegiate scene with their own Red Bull Campus Clutch tournaments, gathering all the young VALORANT players and giving them the chance to showcase their skills.

Last year’s edition saw more than 30.000 students across all stages of the competition, with the best participating at the finals in Brazil.

2023 is an important year for VALORANT’s esports scene, as it created the VCT circuits across various regions. On top of that, VCT will be heading to Los Angeles for the season-ending VCT Champions event, and Japan will be hosting the VCT Masters in June, as Riot is looking to expand VALORANT’s international presence.
