Destiny 2: Where Is Xur Today? Location and Exotic Items for April 14-18

The iconic personification of a bowl of soup, Xûr, is now live in Destiny 2 for the weekend until next week’s reset. If you’re looking to get your some shiny new Exotic armor or weapons for your Guardian, look no further.

Each week, Xûr has a random assortment of Exotic armor, one for each Guardian class, as well as a random Exotic Weapon and an Exotic Engram available for purchase. In addition to his Exotic wares, he’s got a random collection of Legendary weapons and armor to deck out your Guardians.

We’ve rounded up all the info on Xûr for the week including where to find Xûr, which Exotic weapons and armor are available, as well as which Legendary weapons you should pick up, either for PvE or PvP.

Where Is Xûr Today?

Xûr’s location can be found at The Tower on April 14 through April 18. To reach him, travel to the landing point at The Courtyard and make your way to the Hangar. Hang a left when entering the hangar and you’ll come face-to-face with space Amazon.com.

Xur continues his cold streak with another batch of not-spikey, low-stat armor. Go home, everyone! Nothing to see here!

Exotic Weapons

Dead Man’s Tale – Exotic Scout Rifle

Hip-Fire Grip on Hawkmoon is one of my least favorite perks, so that’s an easy skip this week, but the perks for Dead Man’s Tale are perfectly optimized for The fastest handling and ADS times possible, which may be useful if you hope to use it in PvP.

There are a few decent weapons this week, with my top pick being Brigand’s Law, which has an interesting combo of Killing Wind and the delightful new perk, Voltshot. I also like Distant Tumulus with Dragonfly, Snapshot Sights, and perks that improve stability and handling speed, all of which could be great for PvP under the right circumstances.

Warlock Legendary Armor

For Warlocks, Xûr is selling the Wild Hunt set which includes:

Wild Hunt Gauntlets

19 Mobility7 Resilience2 Recovery13 Discipline2 Intellect18 StrengthTotal: 61

Wild Hunt Chest Armor

19 Mobility6 Resilience7 Recovery9 Discipline8 Intellect16 StrengthTotal: 65

Wild Hunt Helmet

12 Mobility16 Resilience2 Recovery20 Discipline2 Intellect9 StrengthTotal: 61

Wild Hunt Leg Armor

24 Mobility2 Resilience6 Recovery10 Discipline12 Intellect9 StrengthTotal: 63

Wild Hunt Bond

Warlocks have a good chest piece this weekend, but with so many points dedicated to Mobility, your mileage may vary. Similiarly, the just-okay boots are statted with Mobility in mind, making them hard to accept.

Titan Legendary Armor

For Titans, Xûr is selling the Wild Hunt set which includes:

Wild Hunt Gauntlets

21 Mobility6 Resilience2 Recovery6 Discipline13 Intellect9 StrengthTotal: 57

Wild Hunt Chest Armor

19 Mobility7 Resilience2 Recovery13 Discipline12 Intellect7 StrengthTotal: 60

Wild Hunt Helmet

7 Mobility2 Resilience22 Recovery7 Discipline14 Intellect9 StrengthTotal: 61

Wild Hunt Leg Armor

16 Mobility2 Resilience12 Recovery9 Discipline12 Intellect10 StrengthTotal: 61

Wild Hunt Mark

Titans have no good armor this week, with low stat totals and spikeyness is less than ideal places. Hard skip!

Hunter Legendary Armor

For Hunters, Xûr is selling the Wild Hunt set which includes:

Wild Hunt Gauntlets

13 Mobility2 Resilience16 Recovery7 Discipline12 Intellect10 StrengthTotal: 60

Wild Hunt Chest Armor

15 Mobility12 Resilience2 Recovery10 Discipline12 Intellect10 StrengthTotal: 61

Wild Hunt Helmet

17 Mobility2 Resilience9 Recovery9 Discipline10 Intellect11 StrengthTotal: 58

Wild Hunt Leg Armor

15 Mobility2 Resilience14 Recovery16 Discipline13 Intellect2 StrengthTotal: 62

Wild Hunt Cloak

Like Titans, Hunters have nothing of note this week, with a very stunning lack of spikyness whatsoever.
