Riot targeting ranged support meta, snowballing junglers in early League Patch 13.4 preview

The League of Legends Patch 13.4 preview has arrived on Feb. 13, and with it, a mass of changes are coming to both the game’s lineup of champions, as well as a handful of systems and items. A total of 20 champions will receive direct changes, with 11 getting buffed and another nine receiving nerfs. 

Among the nine champions set to be nerfed in the patch, according to Riot Phroxon, who posted the plans on Twitter, the majority of them are junglers.
