Jersey Mike’s will become TSM official Sub Sandwich

The two brands have signed a three-year partnership agreement, with the goal of promoting both brands through content production, fan giveaways, events, internship opportunities, and more.

Fans will not only have the opportunity to win epic prizes but Jersey Mike’s will gift thousands of subscriptions and free subs to up-and-coming Twitch streamers with the “Subs for Subs” initiative. The goal will be to grow their audience and support them in the process of becoming full-time content creators. On top of that, TSM’s coaching app Blitz will feature a custom-crafted Jersey Mike’s Blitz Arena.

TSM and Jersey Mike’s create a new internship program

The collaboration will also give the possibility to have a first-of-its-kind internship program, where students from TSM partner campuses, Jersey Mike’s university partners, and HBCUs will have the opportunity for hands-on experience in the gaming business including working at an esports-focused event.

TSM Chief Revenue Officer Stephan Cieplik, who was appointed towards the end of 2022, commented on the deal: “This partnership stands for everything our fans crave- and it will leave them hungry for more! Jersey Mike’s commitment to quality and excellence aligns with our own values at TSM, and we look forward to bringing this partnership to life with authentic activations to engage with our fans, gamers and streamers.”

“TSM is a leader in the esports industry and we are honored to partner with them,” said Rich Hope, Chief Marketing Officer, Jersey Mike’s Franchise Systems, Inc. “We are excited to bring our delicious subs to the TSM community and support the next generation of esports stars through our internship program.”

This isn’t the first time Jersey Mike’s steps into the esports world through a partnership. The company also sponsored the NA LCS back in 2018 during the Summer Split, with host fan activations and the possibility to redeem promotional codes for in-game items in League of Legends – including Hextech chests & keys and loot skins.
