Best Fortnite Landing Spots in Chapter 4, Season 1

With the introduction of the brand new Fortnite chapter comes a brand new map too. That means a whole lot of new landing spots and it’s kind of difficult to narrow down where to begin. That’s why we’ve got the definitive list of the best Fortnite landing spots in chapter 4, season 1 regardless of whether you’re a fan of fighting straight away or if you’re more cautious.

Best Fortnite Landing Spots in Chapter 4, Season 1

The Citadel
Faulty Splits
Frenzy Fields
Lonely Labs
Brutal Bastion.

The best Fortnite landing spots will largely depend on your preferred playstyle. If you’re a sit back and collect all your weapons kind of player, landing in the busiest area of the map probably isn’t for you. However, if you prefer to run in guns blazing or, let’s face it, farming tool wielding, the busier ones will be right up your street.

The Citadel

The high ground advantage couldn’t be more obvious at the Citadel, which could be why it’s so popular. The castle environment is perfect for fans of sniping from a distance and defending against the siege of builders. Along with 22 small chest, there are also a number of Oathbound chests so you can try out some of the best weapons in Fortnite chapter 4!

Faulty Splits

For those who prefer a more urban environment for their drop, Faulty Splits delivers, especially if you’re missing the Tilted Towers. There are plenty of hidey holdes for a covert mission to catch out late droppers. With around 50 chests to contend for, the Splits is one of the most popular and best landing spots.

Frenzy Fields

If you’re a fan of capture points and a scenic, rustic view, the Frenzy Fields might be for you. Don’t be fooled by the countryside charm though, this is a highly contested location. It’s perfect for fans of short range weapons and sneaking up on an enemy. It’s important to remember that you won’t find any Oathbound chests here though!

Lonely Labs

The very best Fortnite landing spots for those who prefer a more chilled (pun intended) start to their Victory Royales. Although there aren’t as many chests, that doesn’t mean there aren’t more than enough to go round. You’ll need to be aware of the ticking clock though because without using the ziplines, it’ll be a hard run to leave. The snowy landscape is the perfect place to try out your Winterfest skins too!

Brutal Bastion

Last, but certainly not least in our list of the best Fortnite landing sports is the Brutal Bastion! As one of the biggest and most popular areas to land. As with the Lonely Labs, you can also make use of the ziplines to get around, just don’t get sniped along the way! Make sure you don’t get lost in the huge interior section of the Bastion, but definitely check out the 40 weapons chests available.
