Destiny 2: Where Is Xur Today? Location and Exotic Items for November 18-22

The creature that brings weapons but not new Crucible maps, Xûr, is now live in Destiny 2 for the weekend until next week’s reset. If you’re looking to get your some shiny new Exotic armor or weapons for your Guardian, look no further.

Each week, Xûr has a random assortment of Exotic armor, one for each Guardian class, as well as a random Exotic Weapon and an Exotic Engram available for purchase. In addition to his Exotic wares, he’s got a random collection of Legendary weapons and armor to deck out your Guardians.

We’ve rounded up all the info on Xûr for the week including where to find Xûr, which Exotic weapons and armor are available, as well as which Legendary weapons you should pick up, either for PvE or PvP.

Where Is Xûr Today?

Xûr’s location can be found at Winding Cove in the EDZ on November 18 through November 22. To reach him, travel to the landing point at Winding Cove. When you arrive, make for the rock cliffs at the far end of the cove and look for a cave winding up to a platform next to some Fallen. There you’ll find the freakish salesman we all adore.

What’s Xûr Selling Today?

Exotic Engram

Lucky Pants – Exotic Hunter Leg Armor

Chromatic Fire – Exotic Warlock Chest Armor

Aside from the linear fusion rifle, the Lucky Pants are the only thing worth considering in the exotic category this week. Snap it up if you need a decent roll, and ignore the others (which are terrible).

Exotic Weapons

Hawkmoon – Exotic Hand Cannon

Dead Man’s Tale – Exotic Scout Rifle

Hawkmoon and Dead Man’s Tale are both great weapons, but this week only the Hawkmoon roll is really worth considering. Definitely buy this one if you’re in need of a reliable roll (although Xur has sold better ones in the past).

My top pick is this week are the Stars In Shadow pulse rifle with lots of nice perk options (and also One Quiet Moment), the Code Duello rocket launcher with auto-loading holster, and the Seventh Seraph CQC-12 shotgun that’s got both quickdraw and snapshot sights (PvP apes unite).

Moving on to armor, it looks like Xur is once again selling double armor sets — one with random rolls and one with really bad rolls that look like maybe they were pulled straight from Collections. I won’t be covering the Pathfinder armor since its rolls are really bad, but feel free to pick it up if you need it for transmog!

Warlock Legendary Armor

For Warlocks, Xûr is selling the Ilicit Sentry set which includes:

Illicit Sentry Gauntlets

2 Mobility6 Resilience23 Recovery7 Discipline20 Intellect6 StrengthTotal: 64

Illicit Sentry Chest Armor

16 Mobility7 Resilience9 Recovery16 Discipline10 Intellect7 StrengthTotal: 65

Illicit Sentry Helmet

2 Mobility2 Resilience25 Recovery12 Discipline7 Intellect9 StrengthTotal: 57

Illicit Sentry Leg Armor

7 Mobility17 Resilience7 Recovery7 Discipline9 Intellect16 StrengthTotal: 63

Illicit Sentry Bond

Warlocks got some great luck this week with gauntlets and a chest piece that are both very much worth considering! The boots are also not bad, but not super exciting either.

Titan Legendary Armor

For Titans, Xûr is selling the Illicit Sentry set which includes:

Illicit Sentry Gauntlets

2 Mobility20 Resilience9 Recovery10 Discipline14 Intellect6 StrengthTotal: 61

Illicit Sentry Chest Armor

9 Mobility6 Resilience16 Recovery2 Discipline14 Intellect15 StrengthTotal: 62

Illicit Sentry Helmet

13 Mobility2 Resilience16 Recovery13 Discipline2 Intellect12 StrengthTotal: 58

Illicit Sentry Leg Armor

7 Mobility17 Resilience7 Recovery6 Discipline12 Intellect14 StrengthTotal: 63

Illicit Sentry Mark

Titans pulled a reverse-Warlock this week with a lot of bad armor. The only piece worth considering are the boots, but even those aren’t amazing.

Hunter Legendary Armor

For Hunters, Xûr is selling the Illicit Sentry set which includes:

Illicit Sentry Gauntlets

15 Mobility14 Resilience2 Recovery17 Discipline9 Intellect2 StrengthTotal: 59

Illicit Sentry Chest Armor

19 Mobility7 Resilience2 Recovery18 Discipline2 Intellect9 StrengthTotal: 57

Illicit Sentry Helmet

6 Mobility9 Resilience17 Recovery2 Discipline23 Intellect7 StrengthTotal: 64

Illicit Sentry Leg Armor

6 Mobility10 Resilience12 Recovery2 Discipline23 Intellect2 StrengthTotal: 55

Illicit Sentry Cloak

Hunters did only marginally better than Titans with one good option in the Intellect-focused helmet. Everything else is really, truly awful!
