If you want to change the look of your Shells in Mortal Shell 2, you’ll need to find Blackmarrow Keys first. You’ll learn about these items early in the campaign just as you’re about to exit Marrow Keep. When you interact with various sarcophagi in the elevator chamber, you’ll realize that each key unlocks a new skin/colour scheme.
In this guide, I’ll tell you where I found Blackmarrow Keys in the campaign. As of the time of this writing, I’ve obtained five, though I’ve also been informed that it’s not possible to unlock all the skins in a single playthrough.
