CEOtaku 2022 – Full line-up of games for September event

CEOtaku 2022 is an annual anime game convention, one that manages to bring in quite a bit of the world of gaming. This is an anime-fighting convention, so it features some of the major tournaments for fighting games. This year, CEOtaku is returning after a 3-year-hiatus!

CEOtaku 2022 is coming back with a bang, bringing some of the top games back. You’re going to see some great competition here, but this is a bigger event. It puts a great focus on these games from a community that might always be exposed to them. This is particularly good news for games that might not be as widely exposed as they should be. It looks like there are plenty of interesting games being featured here too.

The full lineup has just been announced for CEOtaku 2022, along with full details of how the return is going to be run:

CEOtaku 2022 Full Line-Up

The full schedule and lineup for the tournament have been announced for the convention. This includes plenty of fighting games based on anime, particularly the titles from Arc System Works. The tournament is going to be part of the Arc Revo World Tour, so games from Arc Systems will have prime positions. They develop some of the best fighting games! This is a global circuit for Arc games that is expanding the fighting game world for these events.

The tournaments is due to run September 23-25. Things will be spaced out pretty evenly across these dates. The line-up for the tournament is going to be anime-specific fighting games. This is a specific niche in the fighting game community, but a decently sized one. Arc Systems is going to include Guilty Gear, BlazBlue, GranBlue, and FighterZ. There are fifteen titles in total tough!

One of the most exciting parts of the line-up is going to be JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle R. This is just after the game’s remaster release on September 2nd. This early look is going to be interesting for fighting games fans.  This is what the CEOtaku schedule looks like:

Line-Up

These are just the main tournament games going on at CEOtaku. There are also going to be side events happening alongside these main events too. Smaller side events are likely to be running across all of the dates. However, it’s those titles that have the major tournaments.

Arc System’s games have great representation at this event. There are going to be big-name players competing in titles like FighterZ, Guilty Gear, and Skullgirls. With so much talent at the event, it looks like even games that don’t often get big players competing might get more focus this time around.

We’ll know more details about CEOtaku as we get close to the event. Keep an eye out to see who will be attending and more details on what’s happening.
