The Citadel Of Penance is located in the northwest corner of Fainweald in Mortal Shell 2. It’s a small, compact sub-region adjoining the Gloomshade Grove, and it’s absolutely crawling with Brigands of all shapes and sizes.
Fortunately, at this stage of the game you should be more than a match for them – even the hulking Warden boss in its centre.
