The future of Insomniac’s Venom game is up in the air, according to a few conflicting statements from voice actors and industry insiders, leaving fans confused and concerned. Though never formally announced, a massive leak into the upcoming slate of games by Insomniac – the studio behind Marvel’s Spider-Man, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, and the upcoming Marvel’s Wolverine – revealed that the studio was in the middle of developing their own Venom title.
Now, conflicting reports surrounding whether or not the superhero game is happening is giving fans both hope and despair in equal measure, all for a game that’s received complete radio silence from its studio.
