Running into Power Output problems in Arknights: Endfield? In one of the biggest innovations in the open-world gacha game genre in recent times, Arknights: Endfield tasks players with building and automating a gigantic factory which produces everything from weapons and gear to medicines and consumables, quest items, and more. You simply cannot progress properly without expanding your factories across the map, and using them to mass-produce important items and equipment. But to do that, you need Power.
As you build your factory, you’ll notice a pop-up at the top of your screen while in AIC Mode, which tells you how much power you’re currently using out of a maximum amount. To begin with, your max Power Output is capped at 200. Most factory buildings, including simple ones like Mining Rigs and Refiners, require Power to operate. And as you add more and more of those buildings to the map, the amount of Power you need to keep them running will ramp up. Sooner or later, you’ll need to increase that max Power Output beyond 200, or you won’t be able to grow your factory any more.
Fortunately, there is a simple way to boost your Power: the Thermal Bank! In this quick guide, I’ll show you how to increase your Power Output in Arknights: Endfield by unlocking, constructing and placing down Thermal Banks. I’ll also go over how to keep your Thermal Banks powered with a continuous supply of certain types of fuel, and which fuels to use in the early-game before upgrading them later on.
