EA Sports Reveals the Toughest Places to Play in College Football 25

As the release date for College Football 25 inches closer, EA Sports has released new information on the game. Specifically, the publisher has provided information on the toughest places to play.

As part of its weeklong plan to reveal new details about College Football 25, EA Sports shared a list of the top 25 stadiums that will make it difficult for away teams to emerge victorious. Some factors used to determine this list included “historical stats” such as home winning percentage, attendance for home games, active home winning streaks, and team prestige. Some stadiums that made the final cut include Penn State’s Beaver Stadium, LSU’s Tiger Stadium, and Texas A&M’s Kyle Field. The complete list of the top 25 toughest places to play will be listed below in this article.

Alongside this list of the toughest places to play, to up the ante of home-field advantage and make winning road games challenging, EA Sports previously confirmed that Stadium Pulse Meter, a feature first debuted in NCAA Football 06, will return in College Football 25. The Stadium Pulse meter will measure the crowd’s noise and cause distractions for the opposing team, such as the screen shaking and making it hard to read plays and preview the play you selected in the huddle.

Yet, Stadium Pulse and a list of the most difficult places to play is only scratching the surface of what EA Sports promises to feature in College Football 25 and attempt to replicate that atmosphere of watching your favorite college football team play. The publisher previously confirmed 169 themes, such as the Penn State Whiteout game, in addition to over 200 chants, including Florida State’s war chant and tomahawk chop.

College Football 25 will be released on July 19 for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. For more, check out our hands-on preview of College Football 25, where I explain why it is more than just a clone of the Madden NFL football games.
