ARC Raiders is beginning to draw attention far beyond the games industry, with developer Embark Studios confirming it has received interest from Hollywood studios about potential TV or film adaptations.
“I can’t tell you how many companies have reached out to us, wanting to make a TV series/movie out of this IP. I mean, we don’t mind doing that. It’ll be fun, but it needs to be done in the right way. I hope that we’ll (be able to) do that. I think the IP fits quite well with something like that,” Patrick Söderlund, Embark Studios’ CEO, said in an interview with GamesBeat.
