Beast of Reincarnation Is a Game Freak Action Game Due Out 2026
Game Freak, best known for the Pokémon series of video games, has revealed Beast of Reincarnation.
Announced during Xbox Games Showcase 2025, Beast of Reincarnation marks a departure from what we’re used to seeing from Game Freak, with action RPG gameplay reminiscent of the likes of Black Myth: Wukong.
It’s due out 2026 across Xbox Series X and Xbox PC, Xbox Cloud, PC via Steam, and PlayStation 5. It’s also a day-one Game Pass title.
Directed by Kota Furushima, Beast of Reincarnation allows players to step into the role of Emma the Sealer as they journey through post-apocalyptic Japan to save humanity from extinction.
