GTA 6’s release date pushed back to 2026: ‘We need this extra time to deliver at the level of quality you expect and deserve’

Grand Theft Auto 6 has been delayed, but at least fans finally have a release date to look forward to.

“We hope you understand that we need this extra time to deliver at the level of quality you expect and deserve,” Rockstar Studios said X (formerly Twitter), delaying the release to next year.
