Warzone goes ‘back to its roots’ with original map Verdansk next year

The long-rumored return of Verdansk is finally real. Call of Duty: Warzone’s OG map will be coming back sometime in 2025, Activision confirmed today.

The original map is a source of major nostalgia for many CoD players who first fell in love with Warzone when it launched in March 2020. This March marks five years of Warzone, so Verdansk is coming back for the occasion.
