Konami teases mysterious Shadow Duelist event in Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel

A new event is seemingly on its way to Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel—and it’ll be “unlike anything you’ve ever seen before” in the digital game to date, according to Konami.

Konami released the official announcement trailer for the Shadow Duelist event today, Aug. 12. The 28-second video doesn’t give us much information about the Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel event, however. It simply shows a mysterious mask floating on a purple background, followed by a few short sentences: “A new Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel event. A celebrity in disguise. Decipher the clues. Win the tournament.”
