Reptile, who is also known as Syzoth, made his debut in the original Mortal Kombat as the first secret character in fighting game history, but he wasn’t playable until Mortal Kombat II. Ashrah first appeared in Mortal Kombat: Deception and is actually a demon in disguise from the Netherrealm who is now searching for absolution. As for Havik, he also made his debut in Mortal Kombat: Deception and is a Cleric of Chaos and an anarchist from the Chaosrealm.
Sareena is the new Kameo character, which are fighters that can assist you in battle but aren’t directly controlled by the player. Sareena herself first showed her face in Mortal Kombat Mythologies: Sub-Zero and became playable in Mortal Kombat: Tournament Edition.
These characters are just three of the many revealed so far, and join the likes of Geras, Sektor, Cyrax, Frost, and Scorpion. Oh, and need we remind you that Homelander, Peacemaker, and Omni-Man will also be joining the roster as DLC?
