MLBB Project NEXT September Update revamps Lolita, Miya & more

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) has introduced details about the September Project NEXT update, which is set to bring as many six heroes revamps into the mobile MOBA title. These revamp include visual makeovers and even a complete change to the abilities of one of the heroes.

For the September Project NEXT update, the changes will come to Lolita, Layla, X.Borg, Bruno, Johnson, and Miya, who is considered MLBB’s first hero.

Project NEXT is a developmental cycle introduced by MOONTON to keep MLBB refreshed and updated with new content and visual revamps. In the past, the game has brought changes to the UI, map, and other heroes as well.

MLBB Project NEXT September Update: Lolita is getting the biggest changes

The biggest effect of the MLBB Project NEXT September update is coming onto Lolita, the support half-elf hero. Firstly, it’s her look that’s being completely changed. As a part of this, her hammer is getting the Noumenon Energy Core added to its center. Additionally, she will hone a new outfit which will incorporate elements of her origin city, Eruditio.

This isn’t all as major changes are coming to all of Lolita’s abilities in the MLBB Project NEXT September update. Her passive will now provide a shield effect to allies near the hero as well. MOONTON has made her more versatile as well by allowing her to use the Charge Skill while holding up the Guardian’s Bulward.

The Guardian’s Bulward is also getting buffed as it will now bounce off enemy offenses back to them.

Lastly, Lolita’s Ultimate after the Project NEXT September update in MLBB will now stun enemies based on the duration of the charge time. Earlier, it was only used to stun enemies when completely charged. The new update will enable enemies to briefly catch a fleeting enemy as well.

Lalya, X.Borg, Bruno, Johnson, and Miya to get a new look

MLBB has been around since 2016, and the look of most of its heroes has remained the same. While the game has received countless skins for all heroes over the years, many players prefer to play with the core design.

As Project NEXT aims to usher in a new feel to MLBB, many of these heroes are being changed. This includes new looks for Lolita, Layla, X.Borg, Bruno, Jonhson, and Miya. These can be seen below.

The new look for Miya is as follows:

MLBB Project NEXT has brought a lot of new content. Most recently, it introduced the Layla’s Workshop which is an in-game forum where players can participate in developmental decisions. Additionally, the game got a new and refreshed UI for players.
