Destiny’s preeminent coupon cutter, Xûr, is now live in Destiny 2 for the weekend until next week’s reset. If you’re looking to get your some shiny new Exotic armor or weapons for your Guardian, look no further.
Each week, Xûr has a random assortment of Exotic armor, one for each Guardian class, as well as a random Exotic Weapon and an Exotic Engram available for purchase. In addition to his Exotic wares, he’s got a random collection of Legendary weapons and armor to deck out your Guardians.
We’ve rounded up all the info on Xûr for the week including where to find Xûr, which Exotic weapons and armor are available, as well as which Legendary weapons you should pick up, either for PvE or PvP.
Where Is Xûr Today?
Xûr’s location today can be found at Watcher’s Grave on Nessus on April 21 through April 25. To reach him, travel to the landing point at Watcher’s Grave. When you arrive, make for the red moss-covered tree straight ahead. Climb up the roots and you’ll find Xûr waiting at the top to sell you exotic items and legendary weapons.
What Is Xûr Selling This Weekend?

Transversive Steps – Exotic Warlock Boots

None of the exotic rolls this week are very exciting, seeing as the highest stat roll is the Titan helmet with low Resilience and high Mobility. The only option maybe worth considering are the Warlock boots, since they’ve got low Mobility and decent Resilience, but then you’re looking at an abysmal 63 for your stats overall. These aren’t the rolls you’re looking for. You can go about your business. Move along!
Exotic Weapons
Hawkmoon – Exotic Hand Cannon

Dead Man’s Tale – Exotic Scout Rifle

The Hawkmoon roll isn’t without its virtues (Heavy Grip and Alloy Magazine are always good), but it’s not quite a God Roll. The Dead Man’s Tale roll is just meh. I’d wait on buying either of these unless you really need them.

[Rolls will vary by class]
There are a few decent rolls this week, but my top picks are the glaive, Nezarec’s Whisper, which has Lead From Gold, Adaptive Munitions, and Alloy Magazine — all of which sound pretty nice on a glaive, and the Ikelos shotgun with Threat Detector and Incandescent. Threat detector is quite good on shotguns where you’re in close-quarters, and incandescent synergizes very well with that, which could be a deadly combination in PvE.
Warlock Legendary Armor
For Warlocks, Xûr is selling the Simulator set which include:
Simulator Gloves
12 Mobility9 Resilience11 Recovery2 Discipline16 Intellect16 StrengthTotal: 66
Simulator Chest Armor
15 Mobility7 Resilience9 Recovery7 Discipline21 Intellect2 StrengthTotal: 61
Simulator Helmet
12 Mobility7 Resilience13 Recovery2 Discipline16 Intellect16 StrengthTotal: 66
Simulator Leg Armor
7 Mobility14 Resilience9 Recovery7 Discipline9 Intellect13 StrengthTotal: 59
Simulator Bond
The Warlocks have two very high stat rolled armor pieces this week, as the helmet and gloves both have a staggering 66 stat points. Unfortunately, those stats aren’t spikey and spend a lot of energy on Mobility, which many find undesirable. Still, when Xur gives you 66 points on armor, you listen, and these pieces might end up being great in the future when Mobility gets a buff or something. I recommend considering both of these pieces for your Warlock.
Titan Legendary Armor
For Titans, Xûr is selling the Simulator set which include:
Simulator Gauntlets
19 Mobility11 Resilience2 Recovery9 Discipline6 Intellect17 StrengthTotal: 64
Simulator Chest Armor
15 Mobility12 Resilience2 Recovery15 Discipline9 Intellect8 StrengthTotal: 61
Simulator Helmet
13 Mobility2 Resilience16 Recovery14 Discipline15 Intellect2 StrengthTotal: 62
Simulator Leg Armor
6 Mobility20 Resilience6 Recovery6 Discipline2 Intellect23 StrengthTotal: 63
Simulator Mark
Titans have a decently high-stat roll with the gauntlets, but unfortunately the stats are all wrong. Meanwhile, the fairly middling boots actually have some really favorably spikey stats with spikey Resilience and Strength. I’d maybe consider the latter, though it’d be a whole lot better if the stats were higher in general.
Hunter Legendary Armor
For Hunters, Xûr is selling the Simulator set which include:
Simulator Grips
2 Mobility16 Resilience13 Recovery18 Discipline13 Intellect2 StrengthTotal: 64
Simulator Chest Armor
6 Mobility24 Resilience2 Recovery11 Discipline2 Intellect19 StrengthTotal: 64
Simulator Helmet
2 Mobility14 Resilience16 Recovery7 Discipline17 Intellect6 StrengthTotal: 62
Simulator Leg Armor
12 Mobility9 Resilience11 Recovery19 Discipline6 Intellect2 StrengthTotal: 59
Simulator Cloak
Hunters have two decent rolls this week, one of which (the chestpiece) has spikey Resilience, and the gloves which have the lowest Mobility possible. Both are definitely worth considering even though neither approaches a God roll.
That’s a wrap on Xûr for this week, Guardians! Have you completed the Root of Nightmares raid yet? If not, you might want to check out the raid guide we put together to guide guardians through Lightfall’s endgame activity.
