Resident Evil 4 Remake’s Mercenaries Mode Launches As Free DLC Next Month

Capcom's remake of Resident Evil 4 is finally out and to celebrate the day, the company has released a special launch trailer teasing what to expect in the game. This launch trailer also features some exciting news for fans of the original game. That's because at the end of it, the trailer cuts to a screen revealing that The Mercenaries, a mode from the original 2005 release, will be released as free DLC next month.  More specifically, The Mercenaries will hit Resident Evil 4 on April 7. If it's like the original game's mode, you'll need to complete the story of Resident Evil 4 remake before unlocking The Mercenaries. In this mode, you select a Resident Evil 4 character and attempt to kill as many enemies as possible in a given time limit.
