Widera joins Prodigy Agency

The former coach Widera will be working as the League of Legends agent for the company. He will be responsible for the agency’s League of Legends players and talent on its roster, including players like Kacper ‘Inspired’ Słoma and Finn ‘Finn’ Wiestål.

Having previously worked in the regional leagues as a coach, he was most recently the Sports Director at Misfits Gaming in both LEC and LFL, the organization that he joined at the end of 2019. That said, Misfits sold its LEC franchise spot to the Spanish organization Team Heretics last year, as well as ceasing to compete in the French regional league.

Widera will not only provide protection and support to the talent Prodigy Agency represents but will also expand the initiative to support more players competing in Riot Games’ MOBA title.

The former Polish coach is the company’s first hire in 2023, bringing up the total number of employees to 36 across nine countries and three regions. Last year, the company added five new agents to its list, with agents taking care of players coming from multiple esports titles, including CS:GO, Rocket League, and multiple regions like LATAM and NA.

Jérôme CoupezFounder and CEO of Prodigy Agency, spoke about the new addition: “Adrian has the perfect profile and skill set to become a prominent Agent and expand our initiatives on League Of Legends. He has a massive experience and truly cares for the players as much as we all do at Prodigy Agency. He will perfectly complement our current LoL department and allows us to develop more initiatives by pushing our Players First values forward.”
