How to Link your Prime Gaming to the LoL account?
In order to get the free loot and unlock the rewards, it’s mandatory to connect your Riot account to the Amazon Prime account. The steps to link them are easy, you just need to have access to both accounts. After that, follow the steps:
Go to the LoL Prime Gaming Site;
Sign in to your Riot account. If you have multiple accounts, make sure to connect to the right one, as rewards will be directly sent to the linked account.
After that, you will be redirected back to Prime Gaming, and you can claim your loot. Log into the League Client and the rewards will be waiting for you!
Will Riot Games and Amazon continue their collaboration?
Recently, news have broken out when an Amazon employee explained in a chat with YouTuber Matty Love Gaming that the partnership program was intended to run only until December 2022.
That said, Riot dev Andrei “Meddler” van Roon gave a response, mentioning that the two companies are figuring out potential options for the future. “In the long term, we’re still figuring out whether something’s possible and if so what it might look like,” is what he said.
He also mentioned how the new partnership probably won’t look anything like the 2022 version and that new information will be shared in the near future.
Even if the Prime Gaming partnership is over, LoL players will still get one last round of rewards.
