Today Sam’s Club has the AtGames Legends Ultimate Home Arcade for an excellent price of only $349. That is easily the lowest price we’ve ever seen. Even at its original $599 MSRP, the AtGames Legends Ultimate cabinet represents an outstanding value. Despite being priced comparably to the popular Arcade1Up cabinets, it’s a huge upgrade: it’s better built, it’s far more customizable, and it includes hundreds of games instead of just a paltry few. If given the option between the two, especially at this price point, it’s a no brainer.
Sam’s Club, which is Walmart owned, is the only place to get this cabinet at this price. You don’t need to be a Sam’s Club member to buy it, but you’ll be hit with a 10% surcharge. That’s more expensive than buying a 1 year membership, which only costs $25 right now, so you might as well get one. The other added benefit to the membership is that you’ll get free shipping on your order, otherwise expect to pay about $20 for shipping.
AtGames Legends Ultimate Home Arcade
The AtGames Legends Ultimate is a full-sized cabinet (no “riser” needed) that’s much more robust than your typical Arcade1Up cabinet. It features a generously sized high-definition 24″ LCD monitor and two player setup (each player gets a joystick, six action buttons, and a spinner). There’s also a trackball for precision gameplay like in Centipede. Speaking of which, the biggest draw are the 300 licensed arcade and console games that are preinstalled. That includes classics like Missile Command, Asteroid, Space Invaders, Burger Time, Fix It Felix, and much much more. If you have the technical know-how, you can also add in your own games with a USB flash drive.

The AtGames Legends does so many things well, it’s worth the investment if you have the room to spare and the funds to cover the cost. It’s the sort of addition to your home that people will absolutely comment on when they first see it, and its massive game selection further draws people in. I’m not too keen on the inclusion of the 2600 games when their superior arcade versions are also included. I’m also not a fan of the BYOG implementation. It’s very cool to be able to stream from your home PC, technically, but paying for time to stream from a remote server seems counter to the whole point of an at-home arcade machine. In the grand scheme of the AtGames Legend, those are minor complaints. There are 300 games here, it’s built like a tank, and it’s wide-open for tinkering. This is a great addition to any home arcade set-up.
AtGames Legends Pinball Also on Sale
The AtGames Pinball machine is also on sale. This is actually the first time we’ve seen a major discount for it. This is a massive full-sized digital pinball machine with authentic precision plunger, flippers, and nudges as well as haptic feedback. The 32″ HD LCD playfield can output 1080p at 60fps and the 15.6″ LCD backglass acts as a marquis or displays top scores and more. Twenty two games are preloaded, including Gottlieb’s Black Hole, Haunted House, Rescue 911, and Victory.
