The RAAL MG stands for Reconnaissance Auxiliary Assault Lightweight Machine Gun. It is a high-damage LMG with good recoil control and solid range. Before you can assemble the best RAAL MG build in MW2, you’ll need to unlock the gun. It is not available when you immediately begin your Modern Warfare 2 career. Instead, you’ll have to play a bit to get your hands on it.
Many weapons are part of a Weapon Platform that requires the first gun in the progression tree to be leveled up in order to unlock the other guns in the tree. For the RAAL MG, it sits alone on its Weapon Platform. All you have to do to unlock it is play until you reach Level 25 of the Military Rank.
