Call of Duty: Warzone 2 players have become frustrated at a glitch that turns some enemies completely invisible.
As reported by PCGamesN, several players including YouTube user SuperEvan are sharing gameplay on Twitter (below) that shows them being shot and killed in Warzone 2, seemingly from nowhere, before the opponent’s Kill Cam shows them standing in what should be plain sight.
There isn’t a known reason for the glitch or way to trigger it, or even if it’s an intentional move from players or completely random, and Call of Duty’s official channels are yet to acknowledge the issue.

It’s not a camouflaging ability deployed in games like Overwatch 2 either, but seemingly just a blatant glitch that removes the opponent’s model from sight completely.
Warzone 2 finally launched last week as a successor to developer Infinity Ward’s hit Call of Duty Battle Royale, bringing a variety of new features with it. The biggest of these changes is its new map Al Mazrah, as the series has moved away from its classic Verdansk and Caldera settings.
As evidenced by the invisibility glitch, however, the launch hasn’t been all smooth for publisher Activision Blizzard. Several players were locked out of the game altogether after another bug demanded they buy Modern Warfare 2 before playing, even if they owned it already.
Positive stories have emerged from the game too though, as at least one player is having fun roleplaying as a taxi driver thanks to the new proximity voice chat feature. The player pulls up to other squads and, as long as they don’t kill him first, offers them rides to anywhere on the map.
