There’s just one week left until players can finally get their hands on the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 campaign early access.
Call of Duty developers have given players that digitally pre-ordered Modern Warfare 2 early access to the game’s campaign mode on October 20. This will allow fans of the series to experience the campaign mode without feeling they are falling behind on the competitive grind of multiplayer.
When the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 early access week begins
It’s getting closer and closer to the day when Call of Duty fans can finally find out what has happened after the ending of the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare campaign back in 2019. It’s been three long years, but the story will continue on October 20.
Here is when players who pre-ordered the game can access the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 campaign:

To access the campaign mode right when it’s launched, remember to have it downloaded ahead of time. This will become an option before October 20, but there is currently no date for that.
What is the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 campaign about?
The iconic Modern Warfare campaign ended with Captain John Price allowing the formation of Task Force 141 to take on Zakhaev Junior. Modern Warfare 2 will pick up three years later, while the Task Force 141 is already up and running.
The campaign will begin with a US Strike killing a foreign general, prompting the nation to seek out revenge. Task 141 will team up with the Mexican Special Forces to stop the incoming threat. The operators must travel the world to stop the global threat.

It’s currently unknown how long the Modern Warfare 2 campaign will be, but Modern Warfare was six hours back in 2019. If you complete side missions as well, the campaign will take you about nine hours.
