Why the delay?
Despite ekindar proving crucial to Team Liquid’s renewed form, the organization was only able to sign him after a delay of several months. The Team Liquid members have repeatedly expressed their satisfaction of having worked with Yekindar, constantly praising his work ethic as well as adaptability.
However, Team Liquid could not easily buy Yekindar from Virtus.Pro due to regulations imposed on doing business with Russian organizations.
