Justin Roiland Explains Where Rick & Morty's Voices Came From and Talks High on Life – IGN Unfiltered #63

Welcome to IGN Unfiltered, our semi-regularly occurring interview series where we sit down with the best, brightest, and most fascinating minds in the video game industry. (Catch up on the other 60+ episodes here.) My guest this episode is Justin Roiland, the co-creator of Rick & Morty (as well as the voice of both), the co-creator of Solar Opposites (as well as the voice of Korvo), and the founder of Squanch Games, the independent video game development studio currently finishing up High on Life.

Roiland discusses the challenges of video game development after seeing it from the other side, how he came up with the voices for Rick and Morty, his determination to work in animation and what it was finally like to get a show sold, and of course lots of conversation about the upcoming comedy-FPS High on Life.

Check out the full episode in the video above, or you can listen via the IGN Unfiltered feed on your favorite podcast service or download an MP3 here.
